For detailed campaign rules and participation methods of the \u201c0-Fee Card Opening\u201d event, please refer to the official campaign announcement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whether the referral reward program will resume after the campaign ends will be announced separately, subject to future operational arrangements.
