We are excited to announce that BenPay’s Instant Messaging (IM) feature is now officially live. Starting today, users can enjoy one-on-one chats, group chats, group red packets, and other instant communication and social functions within the BenPay App, enabling a more efficient and interactive experience.
BenPay IM supports multi-device synchronization and a variety of message types, including text, images, voice, and video. It also offers group management and privacy settings. In the future, this feature will gradually integrate with scenarios such as e-commerce and continue to evolve as an important fundamental capability within the BenPay ecosystem.
To use the IM feature, users simply log in to the BenPay App and tap “Chat” at the bottom. First-time messaging requires email binding; if your email is not yet bound, the system will automatically guide you to the binding page.
